Implants
An implant is, essentially, a sophisticated titanium screw which is placed into the jaw bone to replace the root of a natural tooth. The implant fuses with the jaw bone to form a secure foundation for tooth replacement. The end result? Replacement teeth that look, feel and function just like natural teeth, as well as preserving your jawbone.
All-On-4
All-On-4 is the replacement of all of the teeth in your top or bottom jaw with four to six implants that support your new teeth. Like your own teeth, the new teeth cannot be removed by you.
They look good, feel good and function like your own teeth. Nobody need ever know that they are not your own real teeth and you get to eat whatever you want to, rather than whatever you can.
Most people can have fixed replacement teeth supported by only 4 implants …in just 2-3 days!

The Syncone Concept
An alternative to the All-On-4 approach that appeals to many people is the Syncone Concept.^ This allows you to replace your missing teeth with removable dentures that look good, feel good and function incredibly well but with a substantially simpler surgical procedure than All-On-4. We use a computer aided placement technique that ensures implants are placed precisely in the ideal position. This technique also minimizes any discomfort or need for pain relief.
Many also appreciate the ability to stage treatment over a period of time which the Syncone system can allow. It is occasionally even possible to adapt your current removable dentures for a time to further spread the cost of treatment if this is important to you.
